QRS Music Technologies, Inc. Introduces Netpiano-2-GO

Portable music solution gives customers greater flexibility and dealers higher margins

NAPLES, FLORIDA, December 1, 2008 – QRS Music Technologies, Inc., a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of pianos, piano-based audio and multimedia products, music and piano accessories, today announced the introduction of NetPiano-to-Go, which offers customers the opportunity to purchase the complete Pianomation solo and concert CD library for one low price, which they can then download to their computer, iPod or other MP3 player to create playlists, burn CDs and stream music to their Pianomation player system.

“Dealers will make $1000 on every NetPiano-2-Go subscription they sell at retail, which really beefs up their margins,” said Tom Dolan, president and CEO. “For Pianomation customers it’s a great deal because they pay one low price for the entire solo and concert CD library. It’s a lot less expensive than buying the CDs individually and as our library continues to grow, their savings grow.” The retail price of a lifetime subscription is $2,500. If customers purchased the individual CDs from the entire solo and concert CD library today, they would pay over $8,000. The lifetime subscription to NetPiano-2-Go today represents a savings of 70 percent. New titles are released every month, so the percentage and dollar savings will continue to grow over time.

NetPiano-2-Go is a new secure format that ties the NetPiano-2-Go subscription to an individual Petine or Ancho Pianomation controller, making it possible for QRS to offer customers greater flexibility while complying with digital rights management laws.
