QRS Issued Patent For Hand Held Piano Device

NAPLES, FLORIDA - - November 22, 2002 - - QRS Music Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: QRSM) announced today that a United States Patent has been issued to Donald A. Gilmore, the inventor of the “Pocket Tuner.” The patent number is 6,479,738.

In March, QRS Music Technologies announced it had acquired exclusive the worldwide rights in manufacture, sublicense and sell the “Pocket Tuner,” a handheld piano tuning device. Presently, the system does not have a trade name but the projects working name is “Pocket Tuner.” In February, QRS Music Technologies announced it had acquired similar rights for a self-tuning piano system, also invented by Donald A. Gilmore.
