Shipping Policy

QRS Music Technologies, Inc. ships within the US, and internationally whenever possible.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your items. You may calculate your estimated shipping and tax in the cart.

We process shipments every day of the workweek. When possible, orders are shipped via US Postal System, Media Mail. In the shopping cart, you can choose the method of delivery you want for your order. For most stock items, you may expect your order to ship within 5 business days. Custom products, or backordered items can sometimes take 2-3 weeks. We expect the selected shipping service to process your order in a timely manner, but if you find that your order has been delayed after shipment, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
